Hard work and progression pays off

Kristie has worked in the care sector for 20 years, the last 5 of which have been with Team Brain Injury Support. Beginning her journey with us as a support worker, Kristie’s dedication and determination was clear from the start and, as such, she has taken on a number of different roles within the business – from Care Coordinator, to Complex Care Manager, to her current role as Operations Manager. Her experience and skills make her an invaluable asset to our team. Kristie is also in charge of running the Mobilisation Team, who help set up and deliver packages of care.
