We are currently recruiting for experienced support workers for several clients in the Bedfordshire area. 

These clients have a range of both physical and cognitive difficulties.  As their support worker you will be working with these clients in their own homes, supporting them to be able to live as independently as possible.  You will be working as part of a support team and working closely with the Multi Disciplinary Team to ensure that all of the clients goals are worked towards on a daily basis.

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a Healthcare role, have a full clean driving licence and a car available.

You must be able to provide at least 2 professional references and agree to have an Enhanced CRB check completed.
