We are a health provider that specialises in personalised care for people that have sustained a brain injury. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Fareham area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you.

We have shifts available following the pattern below

Week 1

Tuesday 18.00pm- 10.00am (16hrs)

Thursday 18.00pm- 10.00am (16hrs)

Friday 18.00pm- 09.00am (15hrs)

Sunday 10.00am- 18.00pm (8hrs)

Week 2

Tuesday 18.00pm- 10.00am (16hrs)

Thursday 18.00pm- 10.00am (16hrs)

Friday 18.00pm- 10.00am (16hrs)

Saturday 10.00am- 10.00am (24hrs)

Sunday 10.00am- 18.00pm (8hrs)

The hours can vary from full-time to part time or bank to suit your needs. The rate of pay ranges from £9.37 to £12.18 per hour. We also pay for your mileage (to, from and during shift), as well as any personal protection equipment you may need.

We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check, 25 days of paid annual holiday, and a pension scheme. You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff including managers and coordinators through our On-Call system, as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate, as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs.

About the Client

You will be working as part of the team that gemtleman in his 40s who lives on his own in the area of Thatcham. You will be providing with mental support through the daily activities and challenges that he has to deal with. He is a very active and engaged individual how loves gardening, keeping physically fit, traveling and going to the movies. So you can expect that your daily routine will be diverse and full of different activities!

The right candidate must be patient and empathetic to help our client with his daily live and carry on living independently. Due to the location of this role, successful candidates must be able to drive.
