Supporting service users within the community with TBI and ABI

As a support worker for Team Brain Injury you will be working with clients in their own homes, supporting them to strive towards independent living and driving them towards their aspirations and goals. Our Service Users have a range of both physical and cognitive needs.

We are looking for Support Workers who are motivated to make a difference to peoples lives. If you are the sort of person who is good at tuning into others, making people feel valued.  If you are reliable and hard-working we would love to hear from you!

We offer a supportive employment journey with us, with regular supervisions and team meetings along with regular contact from our dedicated Area Managers and Coordinators. We also offer:

  • Paid Full Induction training with Specialist Brain Injury Training
  • Additional training courses such as Motivational Interviewing and NLP
  • Monthly rotas in advance
  • Equivalent of 28 days paid holiday per year including Bank Holidays (pro rata)
  • Paid annual refresher training
  • Flexible working hours
  • Excellent rates of pay

You must hold a clean full driving licence for at least one year and have use of your own vehicle when on shift. All our Support Workers are required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
