You will be working as part of the team that supports a man in his 50s who lives in his own house with our constant support in Southampton. There will always be two support workers working with this client at the same time. Due to his mobility restrictions you will be helping him with all aspects of personal care. Our client also requires support from a clinical point of view for which you will receive full training. We are very keen in helping him continue his rehabilitation process, so supporting him with the hydrotherapy and other activities will be a top priority of this role. He is also eager to keep in touch with people within the community so you will assist him in doing so whilst remaining safe at all times.
