Team Brain Injury Support are looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to work in our friendly Southampton office.

The key responsibilities of the role are;

  • Completing and communicating Rotas
  • Liaising with our recruitment function to ensure staff are well placed to deliver excellent quality care.
  • Ensuring compliance measures are adhered to both within our legal and obligatory frameworks.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Energy and drive are a must.

Within this role you will be expected to;

Work closely with an Area Manager, who is responsible for a number of people we support and a team of support workers. You will be a key member of a team aiming to deliver consistent excellent care. 

You will plan and deliver monthly Rotas to a team of support workers, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that these are communicated out to the wider team. You will need to work with the wider team in order to ensure all shifts are covered and the ability to work with that wider team is essential.

You will need to work closely with our recruitment team to identify potential gaps within our team before they happen. You will also feedback on the recruitment process in order to identify where potential additional focus is needed. You will also be the point of contact for new packages that we start working on, ensuring that when we start to deliver care, we are ready to care for the people we support. You may also be involved in the pre-screening and interview process in the absence of recruitment.

You will be expected to work within both our compliance framework as well as our statutory obligations with CQC. You will ensure that all workers are fully compliant when working for us and that we exceed the expectations of the regulatory bodies we interact with.

This role is primarily based within our Southampton office Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
