Brain injury Support services from Team

The aim of Team Brain Injury Support is to raise the standards in support work provision for clients who have an acquired brain injury.

"Numerous reports have highlighted deficiencies in service provision and make recommendations for service improvements. However recent national reports have found that service provision in the UK remains variable, inequitable and under-resourced."

It is our belief at Team Brain Injury Support that the depth and intensity of the skills required to provide the necessary care and support to our clients with often-complex needs is a very demanding role.
The support worker is really the pivotal key to ensuring that the work done by all of the other members of the multiprofessional health care team is implemented.
The role of the support worker has in the past been undervalued in financial terms.
Our pay scales for our staff are commensurate to the demanding roles that they undertake.

We assist case management to help cut overall costs for their clients by providing a complete recruitment, training and support of the care team package. The costs of which, and there on going sustainability can be huge.

We provide support work for clients requiring as little as a couple of hours a week through to twenty-four seven support packages.
